Staff is happy to arrange for specialty services or deliveries prior to check-in, or at any point during your stay. Recent requests have included everything from champagne and wine, to flowers, cheese and party platters and even select grocery items.

Rates listed are per room, per night, Modified American Plan (MAP) which includes dinner and breakfast, plus afternoon tea, use of the pool, spa, and fitness center. Rates vary according to season. Some dates may require a minimum booking.  Guests are welcome to book through our secure reservations system or call for current specials.

Extra Charges:

• State/Local Tax: All Rates are subject to applicable state & county taxes.
• Service Charge: A $10.00 per person, per day service charge is added to your hotel account for facilities laundry charge to include pool towels, robes, etc.

Extra Persons:

• Adults: 18 years old and older, there is a daily charge of $100.00 per adult plus the standard service charge of $10.00 per day.
• Children: For children 12-17 years old sharing a room with their parents, $50.00 daily meal charge (breakfast and dinner), plus the standard service charge of $10.00 per day.
• Children under 12 years are not permitted at the B & B Guest House & Spa.
